The Senior Chemists Committee cordially invites our Senior ACS Members (age>50yo) to a Culinary experience, education and innovative activity in the American Bounty
restaurant. Your ‘a la carte’ menu will be a sit down three course lunch that is new for
the Fall Season.
The cost includes a three course meal of your choice, free refills of non-alcoholic
beverages like ice tea, soda, or coffee. Alcoholic beverages are your extra cost, no
cash is accepted. Your servers will be culinary students achieving high standards of
culinary perfection and personal service. The meal is followed by the resident Chef of
Food Science virtual tour of CIA in the Theater and Chef will share some novel
ingredients for our evaluation and discussion.
Only 16 seats in the Chairman’s Private Dining Room are available, first-
paid, first-reserved. Deadline for reservation is August 15, 2022.
