Refreshments will be served , Talk at 7:00 PM

About the lecture: In this lecture we will learn about modern winemaking, the chemical processing that is done to wine to insure its stability as it travels through the distribution chain and the impact of this processing on the taste and the healthiness of the final product. There are surprising revelations along the way which speak to the marketing of wine and our perceptions of it.

There will be a wine tasting for $5 for those interested and of legal drinking age.  The tasting will be incorporated into the talk.  Please contact us if you will be attending for an approximate headcount. Contact: George Ruger at gruger04@yahoo.com  or Steve Osborn at (845) 236 7620 or email at steve@stoutridge.com
